Tough Guy Gear products are sourced from government surplus and are considered "used". We will only ship products that pass our high standard for material integrity. Therefore, you may receive a product that has been gently used in the field and fields have dirt. We do not wash products prior to shipping, we respectfully reserve that for the customer. We may, however, spot clean large dirt spots using a mild cleaner or soap that will not compromise the integrity of the material. By purchasing products from Tough Guy Gear, you accept the condition of the item you recieve as it has been inspected for excessive dirt by our product inspectors prior to shipping.
6. Shipping and Delivery
- Tough Guy Gear will make reasonable efforts to ensure timely delivery of your order. However, we are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, or delays by shipping carriers.
- Title and risk of loss for products purchased from Tough Guy Gear pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.
